Welcome to FROG

Connecting and Supporting Each Other

FROG (Friends of Renal Oncology Group) is a support group, based in Headington, Oxford, created by Professor Andrew Protheroe and Gemma Crane in 2008. We come together once a month to share experiences and provide support for individuals affected by kidney (renal) cancer. Our group is here to offer a safe and inclusive space for everyone, including those with a kidney cancer diagnosis, their family and loved ones. Join us in the conversation and let's navigate this journey together. At FROG, we are dedicated to offering support through our shared experiences, to both those who have been newly diagnosed and those who support them. Having a cancer diagnosis can be scary, but listening to others who have been through the same experience or similar, can bring comfort at a most challenging time. We think you'll find it a very positive and uplifting experience!
